Fuse Press is located within a series of adorable row houses. We are the yellow house in the center of our row. Our neighbors live in the houses surrounding the studio, so we ask all visitors to keep noise at a minimum.

We are a fully functioning printmaking studio. Our Wright Press (we have named Esta), is a combination , electronic press with a bed size of 27” x 48”. We are set up for ferric chloride in the basement for copper plates. If you prefer zinc, we can easily set up with Ready Etch. Our water tray can accomodate 22’ x 30” piece of paper. We have a hot plate and a blotting paper section. We have flat file storage and woodblock/plate storage.

Our adjustable, electronic drafting table is Andy’s favorite studio equipment. Equiped with magnifying glass light, rubber cover, and foot control adjusting.

We have adjustable drying racks that can be pulled out when needed or stored flat against the wall when not in use. Prints can hang straight to dry, 16 at a time.

There is plenty of spce for drawing, cutting, tearing, and inking.

Andy at work at his drafting table. Copper is our favored metal. We have roofing quality plates through local outlets. The vertical tank for Ferric Chloride is the basement.

We always have Gamblin and Graphic Chemical inks on site. We have a series fo brayers, from large litho, to small hand-held. Artists visiting will have to supply the ink needed to complete the project, unless otherwise agreed upon.
