Workshop Description:
Big Block Summer is a large woodcut workshop, to allow artists to design, carve and print a large scale relief over the course of a summer. Participants will have access to a studio tools, black ink, wood for carving and a limited French Paper edition at the end of the summer. You can attend all 6 open studio work days to receive personal help and assistance, or work independently. All participants will be FUSE PRESS members over the course of the workshop, and will have access to the studio during the workshop. We will help you with your final printing, and proofing. Join us for the summer for carving and community.

Fee: $200
(includes studio access from June 9-July 22, price includes wood block for carving, access to carving tools, paper for printing a small edition, and personal instruction)

Intaglio Summer is a traditional workshop that introduces artists to the basics of copper plate etching. It is intended for artists to design, etch, and print a small to medium size plate over the course of a summer. Participants will have access to a studio tools, black ink, copper plates and a limited Rives BFK edition at the end of the summer. You can attend all 6 open studio work days to receive personal help and assistance, or work independently. All participants will be FUSE PRESS members over the course of the workshop, and will have access to the studio during the workshop. We will help you with your final printing, and proofing. Join us for the summer for etching and community.
